SimCLIM can be used today for climate change modeling needs as outlined in recent transport sector report

Posted: Monday, May 7, 2012

SimCLIM and its extreme event analysis tools for both precipitation and hot and cold events can be used today to assist transportation planners with designing infrastructure that is more resilient to future climate impacts. A report was released last week from a workshop held in 2011 on CLIMATE ADAPTATION & TRANSPORTATION: Identifying Information and Assistance Needs. CLIMsystems has the experience and tools for helping with the job today. The report can accessed here: http://files.eesi.org/Climate_Adaptation_Transportation.pdf
