Dr. Graham Sem, a long time Associate of CLIMsystems has been in Vanuatu for the last two weeks helping the government chart a course for climate change adaptation. His involvement has been part of a larger pan-Pacific project to foster climate change adaptation plans and action funded by the GTZ.
