Soumik manages the department of software sales and services at CLIMsystems. He brings exceptional skills of IT and business to the company. He works closely with the internal team and the contractors to grow company's business in regards to software, data and service sales across the globe. He also manages the software licensing and dispatch. He works with prospecting clients, assess their climate change requirements and approach them with our products and services. He creates more opportunities for our business by communicating and targeting clients. He is also responsible for providing technical and non-technical support to clients. Soumik also takes an active interest in CLIMsystems' social media and marketing strategies.
Mark brings to CLIMsystems over two decades of experience in the technology sector, including technical roles with a number of Fortune 500 companies in the Banking, Aerospace and IT sectors. Along this journey in IT, he honed his critical analysis skills, proving to be a very pragmatic problem solver, adept at identifying and resolving complex issues in large scale systems.
He has successfully guided a new technology company through its startup phase, establishing the business case, defining and developing the business processes and systems required to manage the critical relationships with clients and vendors. Having built solid foundations this ensured its continued growth with Mark pursuing further opportunities consulting for SME’s in New Zealand.
As a consultant Mark worked with clients to analyse their business systems, identifying opportunities to make improvements to process, performance or risk, often with tight budgetary constraints. Mark is proficient in analysing the requirements presented in a clients business case and is easily able to articulate complex technology solutions using approachable language.
Mark is part way through the MBA program with the Australian Institute of Business, having thus far attained a Graduate Certificate in Management.
With CLIMsystems Mark's role will entail establishing, cultivating and managing client and partner communication, generating value and long term business relationships.
Mohan brings in global sales experience having spearheaded the Mobility solutions sales division (covering Europe) of a global IT services company based in London. His experience spans 16+ years of selling IT services and solutions to a multitude of Fortune 1000 customers across Banking, Eng & Construction, Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors. His role at CLIMsystems includes prospecting, lead generation, business development and managing partners.
