Impact Model Development

Staff at CLIMsystems Ltd has over a decade of experience in developing impact models. For example, models when attached to the SimCLIM software system can be used to examine either sectoral issues such as different farming systems or infrastructural matters including risks and incremental costs of climate proofing structures in the built environment. We also have experience developing models of potential enabling environment for such climate-related diseases as dengue fever and malaria. CLIMsystems Ltd will work closely with clients to develop customised models in a .dll format for easy importation into the SimCLIM model system. Professional Training

CLIMsystems Ltd can provide on-site training for a wide range of client groups including local government units, planning agencies, educational providers, non-governmental organisations and researchers. Training may include skill-based activities that enhance user capacity to incorporate our software products into their work or research environment. We can also provide guidance in research and project planning design involving the CLIMsystems suite of modelling products. Provision of Data

CLIMsystems software models are dependent on high quality, customised data sets that are compatible with SimCLIM and of an international standard. Such data can be obtained from CLIMsystems Ltd as can the services required to manipulate the data for importation into SimCLIM and other model systems. Each project will have different data needs.
